Fear Not, Feline! Keychain

A black cat at Halloween usually comes with a little superstition attached. At O'Neal & Sons Creations, we thought he could carry a much better message.

Fear Not, Feline! is our playful take on a Halloween favorite, with a name inspired by a truth our family holds close. Scripture tells us again and again not to fear, not because frightening things don't exist, but because our confidence is in the Lord who is with us. We don't put our hope in good luck, worry about bad luck, or give superstition any thought. We trust the One who holds every day in His hands.

And our little feline certainly looks ready for Halloween! Two teal and two lime green pony beads lead to a 15mm black silicone round bead and a black cat focal with green eyes. The teal, lime green, and black palette is finished with silver tone hardware and black nylon cord for a bold pop of Halloween green.

We love creating pieces that can simply make someone smile, but every now and then, a design gives us an opportunity to share a little of who we are and what our family believes. Fear Not, Feline! is one of those pieces. Our prayer is that behind the fun name is a reminder worth carrying with you: "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you (Lord)." Psalm 56:3
