At O'Neal & Sons Creations, every item is thoughtfully handcrafted by our family with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, wood grain, bead patterns, and natural materials are part of what makes each piece unique.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor variations in handmade materials or natural wood
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at onealandsonscreations@gmail.comwithin 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any shipping damage

Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
